I ordered a 1 yr supply of my favorite scent recently and received a different scent than what was ordered. I know mistakes happen so I wasn’t too concerned. I emailed customer service and they responded promptly with an apology and a tracking number for a new shipment they were sending out to me asap. I appreciate their quick response and solution to a mistake that was made. Great job!
Loving the earthy smell for a change. Liking this soap better than Duke Cannon so far. Still need to try Sandalwood before I pick a favorite. BTW, getting Man Bar products from Amazon right now.
I thought the soap would have more of a fragrance to it, but it pretty much smells like soap. That’s a lot of money for a bar of soap not to smell like a fragrance! Lol 😂
