We love animals. So much in fact that we have an office dog named Moose. If he could talk, he would be happy to inform you that our products are cruelty-free. Additionally, our bar soaps are vegetable based. This means that no animal products, (such as beef tallow), have been used.
We are proud to say that we make all of our personal care products here in our factories in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
Our unique formulations blend the finest ingredients to cleanse and/or nourish your skin. Some of the ingredient names on our packaging may sound scary or be hard to pronounce, but they are actually very simple ingredients that you will only find in high-quality personal care products. Our company is RSPO certified. This means we use Mass-Balance Sustainable Palm Oil in our soap. The RSPO is a non-profit that has developed criteria which companies must comply with in order to produce Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO). These criteria help minimize the negative impact of palm oil cultivation on the environment and communities in palm oil-producing regions.
We do not give out personal customer information to third parties, ever. We respect your privacy. Any requests to be removed from mailing lists, our website, or any of our online systems where we store your information will be honored and acted on in a timely manner.
Damage during shipping happens. Sometimes our carrier services aren't as gentle with our packages as we'd like. In those cases, just reach out and we will typically mail out a replacement at no cost to you.
As for general returns or exchanges, unfortunately we do not accept any at this time.

Unfortunately, we are not able to take payments by phone, so ordering through our site is the best option. We appreciate your understanding!
Our products are stored in fulfillment centers at locations around the country.
These centers contract with 12+ carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, LaserShip, and many local carriers.
If you’re close to one of these centers they might use DoorDash for your delivery.
If you're definitely subscribed to the newsletter and your SIGNUP10 discount isn't working for you, there are two things that are usually the culprit.
1.) ApplePay can prevent using the code if your ApplyPay uses a different email address than the one used to subscribe. The ApplePay email address overrides your contact email address and Shopify unable to validate the subscription.
2.) You're using your cell phone number to log in to the website. It's possible that you signed up with your email address for the newsletter, but your username for Shopify is using your cell phone number. This would also prevent the discount because the site checks your accounts email address. If the site only has your phone number it can't see if you're signed up.
Man Bar Cologne Mist ships independently from all other Man Bar products. Shipping times are between 5-8 days and are not eligible for express delivery. We are unable to ship the cologne mists to PO Boxes.
