Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Man Bar! We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy. 

  • Shipping Rates:
      • Orders totaling $0 to $49: A flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied.
      • Orders totaling $50 and above: Enjoy free shipping to the continental US!
    • Order Processing Time:
        • Once your order has been placed, we will make every effort to process and ship it as quickly as possible.
        • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
        • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing time may be extended.
      • Shipping Carrier:
          • We primarily use FedEx and UPS for fulfillment.
        • Shipping Restrictions:
            • We currently only ship to the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
            • We do not offer international shipping or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.
          • Shipping to PO Boxes:
              • We do not ship to PO boxes at this time. We may offer this as an option in the near future.
            • Tracking Information:
                • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
                • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier website, depending on which carrier was selected for your delivery.
              • Address Accuracy:
                  • It is essential to provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery delays or misplacement of packages.
                  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to modify it for you.  
                • Order Modifications and Cancellations:
                    • Once an order has been placed, we will pick and ship your order as quickly as we can. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible.
                    • If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
                  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
                      • We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may occur.
                      • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
